Terms and Conditions

The General Terms and Conditions (GTC) govern the legal framework for the use of our services and the purchase of our products. These terms and conditions are binding for all customers who purchase our products or use our services.

1. Scope
These General Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts concluded between the customer and Himmelsstern. Deviating terms and conditions of the customer are not recognized unless expressly agreed in writing.

2. Conclusion of contract
The contract is concluded when the customer submits an offer to purchase a product and this offer is accepted by Himmelsstern. Acceptance occurs via a confirmation email.

3. Prices and payment terms
All prices quoted are final prices and include statutory VAT. Payment is made using the payment methods offered during the ordering process. The customer is obligated to pay the purchase price within the specified period.

4. Delivery
Delivery will be made to the address provided by the customer. Delivery times are non-binding unless a binding delivery period has been agreed upon. Himmelsstern is not liable for delays beyond its control.

5. Right of withdrawal
Customers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period begins upon receipt of the goods. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must notify Himmelsstern of their decision in writing.

6. Warranty
The statutory warranty rights apply. In the event of defects, the customer has the right to subsequent performance, i.e., repair or replacement. If subsequent performance is not possible or fails, the customer may demand a reduction in the purchase price or withdraw from the contract.

7. Liability
Himmelsstern is only liable for damages resulting from intentional or grossly negligent breaches of duty. Himmelsstern is only liable for minor negligence in the event of a breach of essential contractual obligations.

8. Data protection
Personal data is collected and processed in accordance with applicable data protection regulations. The customer has the right to receive information about the stored data and to request its correction or deletion.

9. Final provisions
The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany apply. Should individual provisions of these Terms and Conditions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.

By purchasing our products, the customer agrees to these General Terms and Conditions.
